the Museu Paranaense is the third oldest museum in Brazil and the largest collection in the state of Paraná. its collection contains cultural and material goods both from the indigenous culture and from the colonization of European and Asian peoples in the territory. its exhibition spaces address subjects of an anthropological, archaeological and historical nature of Paraná. for this reason, efforts have been made so that an itinerant exhibition project of the museum’s collection is presented in other cities and states, taking the museum to those who cannot travel to the capital.
the idea of the project is that the exhibition can be set up in any environment depending on the area to be assigned by the public authorities of each municipality. the metal structure chosen was precisely because of the ease of assembly and disassembly without major wear on the parts due to sequential use. these supports were designed so that they can be transported without major difficulties by means of medium to large road transport.
